This policy applies to all current and future products, and is valid for customers worldwide. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Global Sales and Delivery

• Lens & Legacy Studio ships physical products worldwide. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply in their country.

• While we package all items carefully to protect them during transit, we cannot be held responsible for delays or damage caused by carriers or customs inspections.

• Digital products, including downloadable prints, are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately after payment.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

All sales from Lens & Legacy Studio are final. Due to the custom, handcrafted, and limited-edition nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. This applies to:

• Handmade Books and Journals: Each edition is handcrafted and unique, often limited in quantity.

• Handmade Prints and Hand-Tinted Photographs: Each print is individually created, developed, and/or hand-finished.

• Paper Goods: Includes postcards, stationery, and other artistic printed materials.

• Digital Downloads: All digital products are final upon delivery.

3. Order Accuracy

• Buyers are responsible for verifying that all order details, including product, size, and shipping address, are correct at the time of purchase.

• Once an order is processed, changes cannot be made.

• You will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check it carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies before your order is fulfilled.

4. Damaged or Defective Physical Products

• If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs clearly showing the issue.

• We will evaluate the situation and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or alternative resolution.

• This provision applies only to physical products; it does not apply to digital downloads.

• Handmade Physical Products: Carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout. International buyers are responsible for customs, duties, and taxes.

• Digital Downloads: Delivered via download link upon payment. No physical product will be shipped.
